remove the screw from the leg adjusting lever located at the rear of the chassis. fit the
leg adjusting handle through the gate on the mast and push the open end over the leg
adjusting lever. The handle is retained by a screw through the clearance hole in the
handle into a threaded hole in the lever. Insert screw and fully tighten (fig. 1).
5.
Confirm the legs of the lift open and close satisfactorily by operating the leg adjustment
handle in both directions.
6.
Clip the battery onto the control box and ensure the red emergency stop button, located
on the controller is in the out (ON position) by turning clockwise (fig. 2).
7.
Push the UP and DOWN buttons on the hand control and confirm the boom will raise and
lower accordingly (fig. 3).
8.
The lift is now ready for use.
