Setting up the ES-450SP4
As a deck controller the ES-450SP4 requires little in the way of
setup to use it with a video server or VTR.
1.
Connect your video server or VTR to one of the 9-pin D-
sub connectors on the breakout cable of the ES-450SP4.
2.
Connect the supplied power supply to the breakout cable of
the ES-450SP4.
3.
Select Frame Rate by pressing SHIFT + STOP
Your device must be set for remote operation. Please consult your
Operators Manual for details.
Power
For convenience, the ES-450 has two power connectors, one on the
rear panel and one at the end of the breakout cable. Either
connector can be used. However, only the connector on the rear
panel is controlled by the power switch. The power switch does
not affect the power connector on the breakout cable.
