If the vehicle is not used for more than
fifteen days, it is necessary to recharge the
battery to avoid sulphuration:

•

Remove the battery and put it away in a

cool and dry place.

In winter or when the vehicle is out of use for
prolonged periods, check charge level
frequently (about once a month) to prevent
deterioration.

•

Fully recharge with an ordinary charge.

If the battery is still on the vehicle, discon-
nect the cables from the terminals.
