CLOTHING
Before setting off, remember to put on the
helmet and fasten it correctly. Make sure it is
a homologated model, that it is undamaged,
of the right size and that the visor is clean.
Wear appropriate protective clothes, prefer-
ably light-coloured and/or in reflective
material. In this way you will be easily visible
to other drivers, thus reducing the risk of
being hit, and you will be better protected in
case of falling.
Always wear tight-fitting clothes without
open cuffs; avoid hanging strings, belts or
ties; these or any other objects should not
interfere with a safe riding when getting
entangled with the riding elements or due to
a special movement.
