Place the front wheel on a clean piece of the styrene packing cloth & lift the brake lever side of
the hub out of the wheel.
Apply grease to the speedo drive bevel gear & mating gear (they should already have some but
make sure they’re completely greased) & put a thin film of grease on the rubber seal
avoiding
touching or getting grease on the brake pads.
Re-assemble hub & rotate until speedo cable drive bevel gears mesh & the 2 halves of the hub
slip together.
Take metal spacer off axle & apply a thin film of grease to axle & rubber cup of hub.
