1) As you can see in the photo to the right - the support tab fits 
securely into the receiving hole and the bolts on Section # 3 fit right 
through the receiving holes on Section # 4.

2) Use the provided nuts, washers, and lock washers to secure each 
of the four bolts. Use the provided tool to tighten all nuts.
