Image Accumulation

To improve the signal-to-noise ratio, you can accumulate over several
background images.
For this purpose, mark the images to be included in the accumulation
process using the
key. A single click of the key marks the
current image, a double click marks all background images. To deselect
all images again, press this key three times (triple click). To mark the
next or the previous image each, click the
>> and << keys once. A
double click on these keys marks all following or all previous images of
a series.
Save Image
Images may be saved to internal and external storage media (see SET
menu, „Storage medium“). The default is: „1. card, 2. intern“
You may change this setting via the SET menu.
If background images are marked, they will be saved only if you answer
the system query “Save <n> marked ?” with “YES” and the hardcopy
mode (PCX) is switched off.
As for non-active background images no IRB-compliant preview image
exists, it must be generated first. During this short period of image
generation, the message box “Preparing No. <no> of <number>” is
visible.
If you haven’t marked any background images, the current background
image will be saved.
