Operating the Belt Washer
Once the machine and oil separator (if installed) are ready to operate,
follow these steps to start the washing process:
1.
Press the
Start Cycle
button and load parts on the belt. Remove
parts from belt when they exit the belt washer.
2.
Pressing the
Stop Cycle
button stop the machine.
Shutdown for Overnight or Weekend Storage
To shut down the belt washer for one to several days of nonuse, press
the
Emergency Stop
button to de-energize electrical components.
Shutdown for Long-term Storage
To prepare the machine for storage, press the
Emergency Stop
button to
de-energize electrical components. Move the main power switch to the
Off
position. Follow your plant’s lockout/tagout procedures.
Empty and clean all tanks. Drain all piping including the filter
housings.
