14. Possible incidents and solutions
INCIDENTS SOLUTIONS
1 - The side conveyor is not
functioning
1-
Check the state of the key between the conveyor’s
motor and the socket
2- Check bearings
3- Retighten the conveyor belt
4- Look for any foreign matters
5- Check the connection of the hydraulic hoses to the
motor
2 - Abnormal functioning of all
hydraulic receptors when starting
equipment 1- Check the hydraulic connection of mixer and
tractor’s single-acting distributor.
2- Check voltage (electric control distributor option)
3 - Lack of hydraulic power
1- Too much pressure loss with dual-acting distributor.
Connect to single-acting distributor with free return.
2- Check oil return on tractor

Pollution in tractor’s hydraulic circuit.
4- Lack of oil in tractor reservoir.
5- Check calibration of distributor unit on mixer and
tractor (180 bar)
6- Tractor pump failure (flow and pressure).
7- Check filters (hydraulic power unit and tractor)
4 - Electric failure:
- Hydraulic functions
- Weighing functions
1- Low battery
2- Cut or stripped wire
3- Damaged tractor fuses
4- Failing connector
5 – Distribution trapdoor does not
reach limit 1- Accumulation of product under trapdoor
2- Check pressure of hydraulic pump
6 – Damaged hydraulic motor seal
1- Back pressure on hydraulic return
2- See hydraulic connection
7– The beater does not turn
1- The gear is badly engaged, the gear box is in neutral
2- Safety bolt is broken, on primary drive shaft
3- Restarting while loaded: brutal gear shift
4- Problem with planetary reduction gear
8 – Difficult start-up in fast gear 1- Use lower gear.
9 – Brutal movements and/or
hydraulic circuit overheat 1- Too important flow
2- Reduce flow to 45l/min
10 – Irregular distribution
1- Dry products not sufficiently cut
2- Adjust the distribution trap opening
11 - Very high absorbed power
1- Worn vertical beater knives: change them
12 – Incoherence in weighing value
during mixing 1- Check sensors
13 – The planetary reduction gear is
stuck and does not turn anymore 1 - Lack of grease in the bearing upper chamber
2 - Change the reduction gear against new one
