Before starting the equipment
m
The equipment must be set up where it
can stand securely. Secure the machine
on a workbench or a stand with 4 screws
through the holes in the fixed saw table
(15).
m
All covers and safety devices have to be
properly fitted before the equipment is
switched on.
m
It must be possible for the blade to run
freely.
m
When working with wood that has been
processed before, watch out for foreign
bodies such as nails or screws, etc.
m
Before you press the ON/OFF switch check
that the saw blade is fitted correctly. Moving
parts must run smoothly.
m
Only use the correct JCB designated battery
pack for the power tool.
m
Before laser use, remove battery cover
(40) and insert two JCB AAA batteries
(or similar) into the battery compartment.
Replace the battery cover and operate
switch (35) to power on the laser.
Do not use the tool if the switch does
not allow you to switch from the ON
state to the OFF state.
Sawdust bag
The saw is equipped with a sawdust bag (17)
for sawdust and chips.
m
Squeeze together the metal clip on the dust
bag and attach it to the outlet opening in the
motor area.
m
The sawdust bag (17) can be emptied by
means of a zipper at the bottom.
