3.13 Reverb
Reverb is the ambient sound of various live environments such as clubs, studios, concert halls,
etc.. Much like the Echo effect, it is used for enhancing the sound of vocals to make them
more interesting.
Hint:
The Reverb parameters can be modified and saved off as a User Preset that can be
recalled with the Adjust/Select Knob or Remote Control.
Reverb Parameters
The Reverb algorithm contains the following parameters:

selectable options:
Off
When selected, this option turns the Reverb effect off.
Small Hall
Large Hall
Vocal Hall
Hall Reverbs are the most natural sounding, designed to remain
‘behind’ the direct sound, adding ambience and space.
Small Plate
Large Plate
Vocal Plate
Plate Reverbs are designed to be heard as part of the music,
mellowing and thickening the initial sound.
Chamber
Chamber Reverbs produce even, relatively dimensionless
reverberation with little color change as sound decays.
Room
Room Reverbs can be used effectively to simulate a small room.
They are also useful for fattening up high energy signals.
Studio
Studio Reverbs produce a nice simulation of smaller,
well-controlled acoustic spaces.
Ambience
Ambience simulates the effects of a small to medium room without
noticeable decay.
Arena
Arena simulates a large space. With its mid- and low-frequency
dominant sound, it is useful for ‘special effects’ where a long
decay time is desirable.
