Processing & Parameters
•
Echo Level (0 - 99)
- This parameter adjusts the overall level of the echo effect. Use
this parameter to add just the right amount of echo effect to the source signal. This
parameter is also adjustable from the front panel

knob.
• Echo Lowpass (8000 Hz - 16000 Hz) - This parameter adjusts the frequency of the
echo low pass filter. Higher values allow more of the high frequencies to pass, creating
a brighter Echo effect. Lower values will begin to cut off the higher frequencies,
creating a darker sounding echo effect.

Echo Highpass (Off, 50 Hz - 1000 Hz)
- This parameter adjusts the frequency of
the echo high pass filter. Lower values (or Off) allow more of the low frequencies to
be passed through the effect and yield a fuller sounding echo, whereas higher values
begin to cut off lower frequencies, creating a thinner sounding echo effect which can
make the effect sit better in a busy mix.
The below parameters are only available in the Stereo Triplet and Multi Tap Delay presets:

Echo Tap Position 1-6 (0% - 100%)
- This parameter sets the delay time between
each delayed repeat (or Tap). For example, if you were using the Triplet Delay Preset
and wanted the three taps to be in time as a triplet, you would set the taps to: 33%
(1/3) for Tap 1, 66% (2/3) for Tap 2, and 100% (3/3) for Tap 3.
• Echo Tap Volume 1-6 (0% - 100%) - This parameter adjusts the volume of the Tap.
Each tap will have its own Tap Volume parameter.
3.7 Feedback Elimination
Feedback Elimination prevents microphone feedback when audio levels are high. The Feedback
Elimination in the KX100 is automatic and simply needs to be turned on when you want to
use it. There are no menus for the Feedback Elimination algorithm.
Feedback Elimination Parameters
The Feedback Elimination algorithm contains the following parameter:

- Use the
FBE
button to turn the feedback elimination process on (FBE LED
on) or off (FBE LED off).
