• Do not jump on or off the scale.
• The appliance switches off automatically a few seconds after carrying out the weighing
operation.
• It is advisable to always weigh yourself at the same time, preferably before breakfast.
• Do not leave anything on the scale while not in use. The appliance will use up the batteries.
• Do not immerse the body of the appliance in water. If necessary clean the scale with a
damp cloth.
• In cleaning do not use chemical or abrasive products, such as metallic scourers which may
deteriorate the surfaces of the appliance.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
BEAR IN MIND THAT
• If “Err” shows on the display it means the maximum weight of the scale has been exceeded.
• You must proceed to charge the battery when the “Lo” symbol shows on the display. To
do that, connect the cable included to the lower part of the scale and plug it to the mains
with an USB adaptor.
• The charging takes around 40 minutes. During the charging time the light is red and
change to green when the battery is charged.
• The scale is a sensible electronic instrument. Some appliances of high frequency as
mobiles, radio stations, remote controls and microwaves, can cause disturbs if the scale is
used nearly of them. Keep it far away of these points if you notice irregularities on the
display.
• The scale is not apt for commercial transactions or medical purposes.
• Designed for domestic use only.
• Dispose the appliance according to the local garbage regulations.
• Dispose the batteries according to the local garbage regulations.
• Never throw away the appliance or the batteries to the rubbish. So you will
help to the improvement of the environment.
• The batteries must not be mixed with other domestic residues.
