Chassis Sub assy w/feet DVR-50

Comes whitout the loader brackets

•

Disconnect the power cord from the AC outlet and take all necessary ESD precaution.

•

Remove the Lid and Plastic front. (See instruction under these parts)

•

Disconnect the loader cables.

•

Dismount the loader by unscrewing the 4 bracket screws. See picture 44-0396/7

•

Remove the tuner. (See instructions under Tuner)

•

Remove the rear panel. (See instruction under Rear panel replacement)

•

Disconnect all cables between the Audio board and MPEG board.

•

Unscrew the 4 screws holding the PSU board, including the Audio board.

(See also instruction on how to replace the PSU board.)

•

Remove the PSU/Audio board assembly.

•

Remove the MPEG board. See picture 44-0398/4

•

Build up (assemble) the DVR 50 on the new Chassis Sub. Assy. by mounting

the boards in the reverse order of disassembling the DVR 50 units.

•

Test the DVR 50 unit.

Replacing the DVR 50 Chassis Sub. Assy

•

Disconnect the power cord from the AC outlet and take all necessary ESD precaution.

•

Remove the Lid and Plastic front. (See instruction under these parts)

•

Disconnect the loader cables.

•

Dismount the loader by unscrewing the 4 bracket screws. See picture 44-0396/7

•

Remove the tuner. (See instructions under Tuner)

•

Remove the rear panel. (See instruction under Rear panel replacement)

•

Disconnect all cables between the Audio board and MPEG board.

•

Unscrew the 4 screws holding the PSU board, including the Audio board.

(See also instruction on how to replace the PSU board.)

•

Remove the PSU/Audio board assembly.

•

Remove the MPEG board. See picture 44-0398/4

•

Build up (assemble) the DVR 50 on the new Chassis Sub. Assy. by mounting

the boards in the reverse order of disassembling the DVR 50 units.

•

Test the DVR 50 unit.
