DVR 50 Loader

•
Disconnect the power cord from the AC outlet and take all necessary ESD
precaution.
•
Remove the Lid and Plastic front. (See instruction under these parts)
•
Disconnect and unscrew the loader (44-0396/7)
•
Make sure that the rubber tape isn’t removed. 44-0396/6
•
Remove the loader brackets from the faulty loader and mount them on the
new loader. 44-0396/3
•
Remove the Plastic Part from the faulty loader tray and mount it on the new
loader. 44-0423/50
•
Mount the new loader. See fi g. (44-0396/7) The loader must be mounted as far
back in the DVR 50 units as possible.
•
Reconnect the loader. 44-0399/8/9/10/11
•
Remount the Plastic front.
•
Test the DVR 50 unit.
NOTE !
On early DVR 50 units the loader can become stock on the loader cover
when retracting. To correct the problems loosen the DVD loader screws and realign
the loader. When realigned tighten and glue the screws again. All new units do not
require any form of alignment.
