-  With the thumb of hand B, push the button firmly against the case, and while 

maintaining the pressure pull the strap section toward you to remove it.

-  Proceed in the same way for the other section. 

Fitting the strap sections on the case

-  Hold the strap section between the thumb and forefinger of your other 

hand.

-  Hold the strap section between the thumb and forefinger of your other hand, 

and position its spring bar in the lug housings.

-  While maintaining the strap parallel with the case, insert the spring bar firmly 

into the housings.

If you change strap, you can fit the folding clasp on your new strap:

Removing the folding clasp

-  With one hand hold the strap section, and take the tool in the other hand. 

Position the tool vertically on the end of the visible spring bar. Press vertically, 
and the spring bar will be released.
