Without load, the voltage should be greater than 5.15V. If the voltage is lower than
5.15V, the power harness may be malfunctioning.

With the load (charging TT800V), the voltage should be greater than 4.80V. If
the voltage is lower than 4.80V, the power harness may be malfunctioning.
