The device is recommended to be left on the charger for 3 hours minimum .
It is highly recommended to leave the device charging overnight to charge the
device as much as possible.
2. Unresponsive Touchpad
•
Try to reboot the device. In order to do so just hold down the power button for
15 seconds.
•
If that does not work, then try a hard reset. To perform a hard reset,
simultaneously hold the power and volume up button. You should be prompted
with a black screen and then the JACS logo. You should then
see “
Android
System Recovery
”, with different options such as, “
Reboot System Now
”.
Press the Power Button when that is highlighted and it should hard reboot.
