  In order to fix this issue, we recommend you repeat the trouble shooting steps 

for

  Certain  apps  you  download  could  stop  your  tablet  from  booting  normally  as 

well, so download apps that are secure and appropriate by checking the data 
from the developer and application before downloading.

  If you are connecting to a

 

Cellular/LTE Network

 and are having connectivity 

problems, the method we recommend to fix this issue is to contact your SIM 
card issuer directly. Also, please ensure the SIM card is active. 

  The  second  method  is  to reinsert the  SIM  card  after  you  take  it out,  making 

sure 

the tablet is, “

Powered Off

”, before doing so. 

 

 

The  next  option  is  to  perform  a  “

Soft  Reset

.  Simply  holding  the  “

Power 

Button

” 

for 10-

15 seconds and press “

Restart

” or “

Reboot

”.
