The display shows 9 LED lights, which light up according to the selected toasting
level 1 – 9. When the power is on, all LED lights are flashing once, to indicate that
the appliance is plugged in.
During toasting, the LED lights are counting down. e.g. when the display shows
0 LED lights, the toasting is complete. In DEFROST mode the LED lights will be
flashing, i.e. when level 5 + DEFROST is selected, 5 LED lights are flashing.
In REHEAT mode all 9 LED lights will be flashing from left to right.
Toaster operation
Normal mode
Plug the appliance into the wall outlet and put on the bread. The preset toasting
level is 5. To change level, press or to select between toasting level 1 – 9. Press
the ON/OFF button (C) to start toasting. Upon expiration of the selected toasting
level, the LED lights will be extinguished.
Reheat mode
If you wish to reheat already toasted bread, press the REHEAT button (B) and press
the ON/OFF button (C) again. All 9 LED lights will be flashing from left to right.
Defrost mode
Press the DEFROST button (B). To change level, press or to select between
toasting level 1 – 9. The LED lights will be flashing. Press the ON/OFF button (C) to
start defrosting.
Notice
The settings cannot be changed during operation. However, You can stop any
operation by pressing the ON/OFF button (C), and the toasting level returns to your
last selection. When the main power is switched off, the memory will be lost and the
appliance returns to the default settings.
Crumb tray
The automatic pull out and auto lock function of the crumb tray (D) makes it easy to
clean and assemble. Do never use the appliance without the crumb tray.
Positioning the appliance

Always place the appliance on a level, dry, stable and heat-resistant surface.
•
Always place the appliance at the back of a kitchen counter and in a safe
distance from flammable objects such as curtains, table cloths or similar.
•
The appliance must not be placed or stored near other heating sources.
•
Do not cover.
Maintenance
Keeping the appliance clean will ensure optimal toasting and a longer lifetime of
the appliance.
•
Before cleaning, always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down.
•
The appliance must be cleaned only with a non-abrasive, slightly dampened
cloth, adding a few drops of neutral, non-aggressive detergent (never use
solvents that damage the paint).
•
Do not immerse the appliance or the power cord in water or any other liquid.
•
Always dry the appliance parts by hand.
•
Never use sharp metal utensils for cleaning the interior of the appliance.
•
Unplug the appliance and empty the crumb tray (D) after each use.
•
For inside cleaning, make sure that the power is off, and that the appliance is
totally cooled down. Follow the instructions to remove the bread grill.
