OPERATION

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

7.  Unscrew the wash and rinse arms from their manifolds. 

8. 

Verify the nozzles and arms are free from obstruction. If clogged, remove end-
caps, clean nozzles with a brush, and flush with fresh water. 

9.  Wipe the inside of the unit out, removing all soil and scraps. 

10. Reassemble the wash and rinse arms.

11.  Replace the wash and rinse arms in the unit. Ensure the end-caps have been 

tightened.

12. 

Push the drain handle to the closed position.

13. Replace the pan strainers and suction strainer.

14. Leave the door open so the unit can dry.
