31. Special welding programs COLD/ROOT/POWER/FAST

CSt: Power reduced cold short-arc (Cold Steel):
The COLD arc is a modified short-circuit arc that has been developed especially for welding thin sheets, root
beads and for MIG brazing in all positions.
The welding programs included within the scope of supply allow a very high level of welding quality to be
achieved with an optimised arc and minimal change to metallurgical properties.

- reduced risk of burn through fall-through of the smelt
- welding of materials with high levels of carbon as well as high-alloyed steels
- no damage to the zinc coating when MIG brazing
