Why do I experience poor audio quality on my Jabra device?
Poor audio quality may occur if the Bluetooth range is exceeded or the Bluetooth signal is
blocked. If you experience poor audio resulting from low range, follow these guidelines:
Make sure the distance between your headphones and the paired device does not exceed 33
feet (10 metres).
Make sure there is a direct line of sight between your headphones and phone. Avoid placing
objects that can block radio signals between paired devices. These include walls, doors and
windows.
Avoid environments where computers, microwave ovens and high concentrations of Wi-Fi are
present
Keep your headphones and mobile phone on the same side of your body.
Avoid placing your mobile phone in a back pocket.
