How to collect logs
The PanaCast 50 Video Bar System logs can be collected from the Web Console.
Enable the Web Console access from the touch controller following these steps:

1. On the touch controller, go to Settings > General > System settings
2. Enter the passcode to access Admin settings (set in Zoom admin portal)
3. Go to Account Tab > Access > Toggle the button to enable Web Access
Once the Web Console access is enabled, log in to the Web Console using the IP
address of the video bar.
Follow the steps below to collect the logs:
1. Log in to the Web Console of the video bar by entering its IP address in a
browser.
2. Go to Account -> Jabra Support
3. Enable Debugging by toggling the button and click Save
4. Recreate the problem and click Download Logs below the Debugging tab.
5. Click Download in the pop-up window that appears.
