This section describes the tasks needed to set up the UHD100T32 fixed chassis for operation and to
configure it for operation in your network.

Unpack UHD100T32

You need to unpack the unit before physically setting it up for operation. To unpack, do the following:

1. Unpack the unit from the shipping container, and verify that you have all the required components.

The shipping carton contains the following items:

One UHD100T32 fixed chassis

One rack mounting kit (two front-post brackets, two rear-post brackets, 20 screws, two ear-
locking screws)

Two 90-240VAC power cords

One RJ45 to DB9-F cable

One USB to DB9-M adapter

Keysight standard warranty notice

One UHD100T32 Getting Started Guide

Any additional items that you ordered (such as transceivers and cables)
