Configure UHD100T32
This section describes the major tasks required to configure a UHD100T32 fixed chassis for operation in
your network.

Method 1: Configure DHCP-based IP
If your network has a DHCP service available, the UHD100T32 fixed chassis attempts to automatically
acquire an IP address.
To enable DHCP on a management interface, do the following on the UHD100T32 KCOS console:
1. Use the following KCOS command:
kcos networking ip set mgmt0 dhcp
2. Ensure that your management workstation and the UHD100T32 fixed chassis are connected to the
same management switch.
3. Search for the unit's host name. Host Name is the Serial Number that is present on a label at the
bottom of the unit and also on a green pull tab at the right side of the front panel.
