c. Set the system date and time manually:

Use the following parameters for this command:

<YYYY-MM-DD>
: This is the value that you need to set for the date.
l
<hh:mm:ss>
: This is the value that you need to set for the time.
For example:
set 2020-07-12 13:00:00
Note:

Ensure that you disable the NTP server manually, and then set the time.
l
Ensure that you use a valid date and time, because licensing may become invalid by
large changes to time and date.

4. After you restart the fixed chassis, type
exit
to close the command line interface.
Perform offline updates
You can perform offline updates for systems that do not have direct internet access. To update the system
software offline, do the following:
1. Download the KCOS and UHD software packages from the Keysight Technologies updates website.
2. After downloading kcos-system_package.tar and uhd_package.tar, move them to /home/admin
using the scp command line tool with credentials admin/admin.
