In the measurement interval, a close point where 1st positive slope intersects with the
auto measurement parameter (Level) is detected, and then

measured.

In the measurement interval, a close point where 1st negative slope intersects with the
auto measurement parameter (Level) is detected, and then

overshoot at this fall is
measured.
The following parameter can be selected.
Level
In the measurement interval, TOP and BASE of the waveform data
are found. The period between TOP and BASE is determined to
100%. A waveform rise and fall where the value specified by Level
crosses the waveform data are detected.

Overshoot and
−
Overshoot at these rise and fall are measured.
* Top (Maximum value of probability density distribution) and Base
(Minimum value of probability density distribution) are found.
Example of measurement :
If Level is set as shown in the following Fig., the 1st pulse is used to calculate
