7. When
the
fl uid level has dropped to 25 per cent in the barrel, the
submerged pump is stopped and the barrel is fi lled with more anti-
freeze mixture.
8. When the system is full and air no longer comes from the return pipe
run the system for at least a further 30 minutes. You can also start
the heat transfer fl uid pump to speed up the air venting. Enter manual
operation under menu 5.3 and start the pump G3 (P3). See

9. When venting is complete open valve 3, shut valve 2, and shortly after
shut also valve 1. Disconnect the hoses and the heat transfer fl uid side
is ready for operation.
Note
It is an advantage if an overpressure
is created in the heat transfer fl uid
circuit. An underpressure damages the
expansion vessel and the collector hose.
