7. Problem solving
- No signals are received.
- Check that the camera and the monitor are switched on.
- Check the plugs are all properly connected.
- The signal is weak or there is interference.
- If there is a microwave oven in use between the camera and the monitor, put it in a different place or turn
it off.
- Make sure the camera and monitor are not too far apart (the range is around 150 m with no obstacles).
- If the power LED is on but only voice input is detected, the monitor may have the voice transmission
function turned on. Press the VOX button to turn the screen on.
8. Care and Maintenance
- Keep all parts and accessories out of reach of children.
- Finger marks or dirt on the lens can affect the image the camera sends. Be careful not to touch the lens
with your fingers.
- If the lens gets dirty, use an air blower to remove dust and dirt, or a clean, soft cloth to clean it.
- Keep the camera dry and away from damp and water.
- Do not use or store in dirty or dusty places.
- Do not store in very warm places, as this can reduce the useful life of the equipment.
- Do not store in very cold places. If the system overheats (more than its normal temperature), this can
cause condensation inside, which can damage the electronic circuit panels.
- Do not try to open the equipment. Handling by non-experts can damage the system.
- Avoid dropping the equipment or knocking it against hard surfaces.
- Use the device only with the Power Supply included or one of the accessories included.
- Do not connect it to other electric plugs or extension leads, as this can cause overheating or
short-circuits.
- Remember that when you use this system, you are using public radio frequencies, therefore, the image
and sound may affect other equipment operating at 2.4 GHz. Conversations may also be affected,
including those taking place in rooms close to the camera. Therefore, be careful of privacy in your home
and always turn of the camera when not in use.
