Use and maintenance manual

Safety device

The oven is equipped with a safety thermostat which cuts in when the temperature exceeds 430
°C stopping the flow of gas to the burner. This can only be reset manually and must be performed
by a specialised technician. Access this component by removing the right side panel of the oven.

Flame control

The flame detection electrode is connected to the PCB of the gas solenoid valve and ensures that
the burner works properly. If the burner is accidentally turned off or fails to start, the gas supply is
cut off and the red warning light “ G “ comes on.
