The display does not show anything.

The battery is dead; you should have it
changed. If there is still no display after
changing the battery, there may be some
damage, so bring to the manufacturer for
repair.

Product defects
Any product in which a defect is ascertained within 12 months of delivery can be returned as a
defective product to the relevant department as Seiko Epson in exchange for a replacement
