3.5 Web Console

Power on IS-C3100/4100 and use Ethernet Cat cable to configure IS-C3100/4100.

Web Console management ~

Factory default IP: 10.0.10.1 Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

Please set PC & IS-C3100/4100 into same subnetwork. The Default IP of IS-C3100/4100 is 10.0.10.1/24.
Please set up your PC with the same network segment, such as 10.0.10.2/24. So you can use browser to
access the web console of IS-C3100/4100 for further configuration or management. Please configure the
gateway such as default IP address 10.0.10.1/24 of IS-C3100/4100 on your PC if you wish to route the
traffic from LAN to Cellular WAN.

Please enter username and password as below to enter the web console:

Username: admin

Password: 1234

Note:
1.

If you leave the web-based console management interface unused for 5 minutes, you

would be logged out and need to re-enter from this log-in page.
2. It is recommended to use the browser of Chrome v54, Firefox v49 or IE v11 above for
web console management.
