Replacing the Load Cell Unit

Load cell unit: C2G1-25K-S18 for 15Kg
C2G1-10K-S18 for 6Kg

Disassembly procedure

1. Remove the 5 load cell harnesses CN6 S, B,

G, W, and R on the main board using the
soldering tool.

2. Remove the 2 hex-head nuts fixing the platter

holder.

3. Remove the platter holder.

4. Remove the load cell unit by removing the 2

hex-head nuts fixing the platter holder on the
bottom of the machine.

Assembly procedure

1.  Return the load cell to its original position.
2.  Fix the load cell with the 2 hex-head nuts on the bottom of the machine.
3.  Solder the 5 load cell harnesses CN6 S, B, G, W, and R to the main board.
4.  Fix the platter holder to its original position, with the 2 hex-head nuts.
