CASCO OREKA
LEGGERE ATTENTAMENTE LE ISTRUZIONI D’USO PRIMA DI
UTILIZZARE IL DISPOSITIVO ANTICADUTA
Il casco OREKA è classificato come DPI (Dispositivo di Protezione
Individuale) in conformità al Regolamento EU 2016/425 ed è conforme
alla Norma Europea
EN 397:2012+A1:2012
.
APPLICAZIONE
Il casco OREKA è un casco di sicurezza industriale destinato ad essere
utilizzato per lavori in quota e per lavori di soccorso, in conformità alla
Norma EN 397 per la protezione contro le cadute di oggetti e le
conseguenti lesioni celebrali e fratture del cranio. Il cinturino sottogola
offre una resistenza di carico da 15 daN-25 daN (EN 397).
Questo casco ventilato non è conforme con il test di isolamento elettrico.
Non utilizzare questo casco per attività non conformi all’uso per il quale è
stato progettato. La pratica di attività in quota comporta gravi rischi per il
capo. L’uso del casco riduce in gran misura i rischi per il capo, ma non li
elimina completamente.
Leggere l’etichetta informativa adesiva all’interno del casco per
determinare le esigenze opzionali a cui è conforme.
MATERIALE:
calotta in ABS e cinturino in poliestere.
USO:
il casco deve essere regolato e fissato al capo in maniera corretta per
garantire un’adeguata protezione. Seguire attentamente i presenti passaggi:
1.Prima della collocazione,
girare il sistema di
regolazione in senso
antiorario fino a raggiungere
la massima misura.
2.Collocare il casco sul capo e
regolare la misura girando il
sistema di regolazione in
senso orario per stringere, e in
senso antiorario per allargare.
3.Posizionare la parte
posteriore del casco sulla
nuca, regolando l’inclinazione
se necessario.
4.Tenere fermo il cinturino e
chiudere la fibbia
introducendo un’estremità
della stessa nell’altra fino al
click di blocco, affinchè il
cinturino rimanga fissato
correttamente sotto il mento.
5.Regolare la lunghezza del
cinturino utilizzando il sistema
di regolazione nella cinta per
regolare in base alla misura del
capo.
6.Una volta chiusa la fibbia e
regolato il cinturino, verificare
che il casco non sia
eccessivamente stretto.
Verificare anche che il casco sia
stato collocato correttamente
agitando il capo velocemente: il
casco deve rimanere nella sua
posizione.
7.Per togliere il casco,
sciogliere il cinturino dal mento
premendo l’estremità della
fibbia.
ACCESSORI
-Lampada frontale: per l’utilizzo della lampada, fissare la fascia elastica
della lampada nei clips del casco, predisposti a quest’uso.
-Protezione uditiva SECURE: il casco è dotato di supporti per la
collocazione di auricolari ZONE.
AVVERTENZA
- Prima e durante l’uso, è necessario verificare che il dispositivo sia in
buone condizioni d’uso e che funzioni correttamente. Controllare
attentamente tutte le componenti del casco per verificare:
-Deformazioni all’esterno o all’interno.
-Crepe sulla superficie esterna o interna.
-Il funzionamento difettato o la rottura della fibbia.
-Il funzionamento difettato o la rottura del sistema di regolazione.
-Lo stato delle cinghie e delle cuciture: non devono avere tagli o
abrasioni.
-L’assenza o il cattivo stato dell’imbottitura di protezione.
Il casco serve ad assorbire l’energia cinetica durante un impatto che causa
una rottura completa o parziale della calotta. Nel caso di un forte impatto,
anche se apparentemente non si riscontra il danno, è necessario sostituire
tutto il casco.
LIMITI D’USO
- Il dispositivo è individuale, pertanto deve essere assegnato ad una sola
persona.
- Il dispositivo di protezione individuale non deve essere utilizzato da
quelle persone il cui stato di salute può compromettere la sicurezza
dell’utilizzatore in condizioni d’uso normale o in caso d’emergenza.
- Il dispositivo di protezione individuale deve essere usato solo da una
persona formata e competente, per un uso sicuro.
RESPONSABILITA’
La Irudek non è responsabile di danni, lesioni o morti causati dall’uso
scorretto o dalle modifiche dei dispositivi a marchio Irudek. È
responsabilità dell’utilizzatore, in qualsiasi momento, assicurarsi che
utilizzi il dispositivo in maniera sicura e corretta.
GARANZIA
Il dispositivo ha una garanzia di 2 anni a partire dalla data di acquisto;
questa garanzia copre i difetti di materiali o di fabbricazione.
Questa garanzia non copre: uso inadeguato, modifiche non autorizzate nel
dispositivo, mancato rispetto delle istruzioni d’uso fornite dal produttore.
INFORMAZIONE E RACCOMANDAZIONI
- Prima dell’uso, stabilire un piano di salvataggio da attuare in caso di
emergenza.
- Non modificare nè alterare il dispositivo senza la previa autorizzazione
scritta del produttore.
- Non applicare solventi, pitture, etichette o adesivi sul casco, in quanto
potrebbero ridurne l’efficienza.
- Il dispositivo non deve essere utilizzato al di fuori dei suoi limiti, o per
uno scopo diverso da quello previsto.
- Verificare la compatibilità delle componenti del dispositivo quando gli
stessi vengono montati in un sistema. Assicurarsi che tutti gli elementi
sono copatibili tra di loro e appropriati per l’applicazione proposta. È
vietato usare il sistema di protezione in cui il funzionamento di un
elemento individuale interferisce con il funzionamento di un altro
elemento.
- Revisionare periodicamente i collegamenti e la regolazione delle
componenti del dispositivo per evitare lo scollegamento o l’allentamento
accidentae.
- In caso di usure o dubbi sullo stato o sul funzionamento, il dispositivo di
protezione individuale deve essere immediatamente ritirato dall’suo.
- Durante l’uso del dispositivo è necessario fare attenzione alle circostanze
pericolose che possono compromettere il funzionamento del dispositivo e
la sicurezza dell’utilizzatore, e in particolare:
- usure varie, tagli, abrasioni, corrosioni;
- influenza negativa degli agenti atmosferici;
- influenza delle temperature estreme;
- effetti negativi causati dal contatto con prodotti chimici.
- Se il prodotto viene rivenduto fuori dal paese d’origine, il rivenditore
deve fornire le istruzioni d’uso e manutenzione, di revisione periodica e
riparazione, nella lingua del paese in cui si utilizzerà il dispositivo.
VITA UTILE
La vita utile del dispositivo è di 11 anni a partire dalla data di fabbricazione
(1 anno di conserv 10 anni di utilizzo). I seguenti fattori possono
ridurre la vita utile del prodotto: uso intenso, contatto con sostanze
chimiche, ambienti aggressivi, esposizione a temperature estreme,
esposizione ai raggi solari, abrasione, tagli, forti impatti, cattivo uso e
manutenzione.
TRASPORTO
- Il dispositivo deve essere trasportato in un imballaggio che lo protegga
dall’umidità o dai danni meccanici, chimici e termici.
ISTRUZIONI DI MANUTENZIONE
-PULIZIA: il dispositivo deve essere pulito in maniera corretta per non
causare danni ai materiali utilizzati nella fabbricazione. Pulire con sapone
neutro e acqua tiepida. Non utilizzare alcun materiale abrasivo. Lasciarlo
asciugare in modo naturale, lontano da fonti di calore diretto.
-CONSERVAZIONE: il dispositivo di protezione individuale deve essere
conservato in un imballagio sicuro, in un luogo secco, ventilato e lontano
dalla luce solare, dai raggi ultravioletti, da polvere, oggetti con bordi
taglienti, temperature estreme e sostanze aggressive.
ISTRUZIONI DI RIPARAZIONE
Il dispositivo deve essere riparato solo dal produtore o da una persona
autorizzata, seguendo i procedimenti stabiliti dal produttore.

OREKA HELMET
CAREFULLY READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE
FALL ARRESTER
The OREKA helmet is classified as PPE ( Personal Protective Equipment )
in compliance with PPE Regulation EU 2016/425 and it is in conformity to
the European Norm EN 397:2012.
APPLICATION
OREKA helmet is an industrial safety helmet intended to be used for works
at height and rescue, certified according to EN 397, to protect against
falling objects and consequential brain injury and skull fractures. The chin
strap provides a load resistance of 15 daN-25 daN (EN 397).
OREKA is a ventilated helmet, having no additional testing for electrical
insulation. Do not use this helmet in activities for which has not been
designed.
The practice of activities at height involve serious risk of head injury.
Wearing a helmet reduces to a large extent this risk, but cannot eliminate it
entirely.
See the label on the inside of the helmet to determine the optional
requirements that it meets.
MATERIAL:
Housing made of ABS and webbing made of polyester.
USE:
For an adequate protection, the helmet must be properly adjusted and
secured in the head by following the next steps:
1. Before donning, rotate the back dial anti-clockwise until it reaches its
widest position.
2. Put on the helmet on your
head and adjust the size to the
user's head by turning the dial
clockwise to tighten and
anti-clockwise to loosen.
3. Position the back in the
neck, adjusting the tilt if
necessary.
4. Fasten the chin strap and
close buckle by inserting one
side of the buckle into the
other, until you hear the
locking mechanism click shut
the chin strap is fixed under
the chin. Tug the chin strap to
ensure that the buckle is
securely fastened.
5. Adjust the length of the
chin strap using the
positioners in the webbing to
adjust to the appropriate size of
the head.
6. To position the chin strap
correctly adjust the positioners
in the webbing forward or
backward until they sit under
your ears.
7. After buckle is fastened and
the chinstrap adjusted, check
that the helmet is not extremely
tight. Check that the helmet is
properly secured shaking your
head up and down and from left
to right, the helmet should stay
in place.
8. To remove the helmet, release
the chin strap by pressing the
male extremity of the buckle.
ACCESSORIES
- Headlamp: for use with headlamp, fit the elastic band of it on the clips
designed for this use.
- SECURE Auditive Protection: the helmet is equipped with 30mm side
slots to fit earmuffs.
WARNING
-Before and during use of the equipment, verify that the equipment is in
good condition and operates correctly. Carefully check all components of
the helmet to check for:
-Deformation outside or inside.
-Cracks on the outer surface or inside.
-Malfunction, or broken buckle.
- Malfunction, or broken adjustment system.
-Check the webbing and stitching, that they have no cuts or
abrasions.
-Absence or poor condition of the protective padding.
The helmet is designed to absorb the kinetic energy during an impact by
complete or partial destruction of the housing and the harness, although
this damage is not apparent, all helmets that have suffered a serious impact
must be replaced.
LIMITATIONS FOR USE
- Personal protective equipment should be a personal issue item.
- Personal protective equipment must not be used by a person with medical
condition that could affect the safety of the equipment user in normal and
emergency use.
- Personal protective equipment shall only be used by a person trained and
competent in its safe use.
RESPONSIBILITY
Irudek or the distributor assumes no responsibility for any damage, injury
or death caused by misuse or modification of any Irudek brand product. It
is the user’s responsibility to ensure that he/she understands the correct and
safe use of any Irudek products, that it is used only for the purpose for
which it has been designed.
WARRANTY :
This product is guaranteed for 2 years, which starts counting from the date
of purchase against defects in materials or manufacturing. This warranty
does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications in the product or failure
to follow the instructions of use supplied with the product.
INFORMATION & ADVICE
- A rescue plan shall be in place to deal with any emergencies that could
arise during the work.
- It is forbidden to make any alterations or additions to the equipment
without the manufacturer´s prior written consent.
- Do not apply paint, solvents, adhesives or stickers to helmets, since they
could reduce the effectiveness of the helmet.
- Personal protective equipment shall not be used outside its limitations, or
for any purpose other than that for which it is intended.
- Before use ensure about the compatibility of items of equipment when
assembled into a system. Ensure that all items are compatible and
appropriate for the proposed application. It is forbidden to use
combinations of items of equipment in which the safe function of any one
item is affected by or interferes with the safe function of another.
Periodically check the connection and adjustment of the components to
avoid accidental disconnection and loosening.
- Personal protective equipment must be withdrawn from use immediately
when any doubt arise about its condition for safe use.
- There are many hazards that may affect the performance of the equipment
during use and safety caution have to be observed during use, especially:

Any defects like cutting, abrasion, corrosion

Climatic exposure,
-
Extreme temperatures
-
Chemical reagents,
-It is essential for the safety of the user that if the product is re-sold outside
the original country of destination the reseller shall provide instructions for
use, for maintenance, for periodic examination and for repair in the
language of the country in which the product is to be used.
LIFETIME
The estimated product lifetime is 11 years from the date of manufacture (1
year s 10 years for use). The following factors can reduce the
lifetime of the product : intense use, contact with chemical substances,
specially agressive environment, extreme temperature exposure, UV
exposure, abrasion, cuts, violent impacts, bad use or maintenance.
TRANSPORT
The Personal Protective Equipment must be transported in a package that
protects it against moisture or mechanical, chemical and thermal attacks.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAINTENANCE
-CLEANING: The personal protective equipment must be cleaned
without causing adverse effect on the materials used in the manufacture of
the equipment. Wash with a neutral soap and clean water. Do not use any
abrasive material. When the equipment becomes wet, either from being in
use or when due to cleaning, it shall be allowed to dry naturally, and shall
be kept away from direct heat.
-STORAGE: Personal protective equipment should be stored
loosely packed, in a
dry and well- ventilated place, protected from direct light, UV degradation,
dust, sharp edges, extreme temperature and aggressive substances.
REPAIR
Any repair shall only be carried out by equipment manufacturer or his
authorized representative following manufacturer’s procedures.
