1. 

To turn the angle grinder ON, push in the lock-off button and press the trigger switch. 

2. 

To turn the tool OFF, release the trigger switch. 

 

 

After Each Use 

WARNING

 

 

The tool will become hot after using; do not touch it immediately after using. 

 

Store the grinder in a secure place away from children. 

 

Wipe external surfaces of the tool with clean cloth. 

 

Store the grinder and accessories in clean and dry place. 

Maintenance 

WARNING

 

 

Keep the tool housing and handle clean and free of oil and grease by using mild soap and a damp 
(not wet) cloth. 

 

The grinder is already lubricated at the factory and does not need further lubrication. 

 

Do not use wheels that have been dropped or bumped. 

 
Maintain the grinder by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance 
with the following recommended procedures. It is recommended that the general condition of any tool 
be examined before it is used. Keep your tool in good repair. Keep handles dry, clean, and free from 
oil and grease. The following chart is based on a normal operation schedule.

Keep the vents clear of dust and debris. 

Inspect the cord and have it replaced by authorized personnel. 

After the 60 hours of use 

Check the brushes and replace as needed. 

If you replace the brushes, run the grinder without a load for 
15 minutes to seat the brushes properly.
