  Find a fixed point on the vehicle, take 

measurements, square up the cradle. 

Repeat on both sides until cradle is 

centred.

 

NOTE:

 Nip bolts up but don’t fully 

tighten.

  Loosely Bolt up 4 x N#35 

(M12x1.5x40mm washer, spring 

washer and nut) through the inner 

winch cradle holes and side brackets.

  If winch is being installed, refer to 

winch installation instructions, and 

follow steps 18 to 20.

  If installing a winch, use the provide 

winch control box mounting plate. 

 

NOTE:

 it is advised to mount the bracket 

to the control box first.

19.

  Install winch control box mounting 

bracket to winch control box using 

N#37 4 x (M5x.08x16mm nut, washer, 

spring washer and flange nut) 

 NOTE: 

it is advised to bolt in winch 

first, then mount control box. Push the 

control box back towards the rear of 

the car in its mounting holes.

 

Once winch is mounted, mount the 

bracket to the cradle using N#26 2x 

(M6x1x20mm bolt, washer, spring 

washer flange nut).
