ELLIPTICAL UNITS OPERATE WITH AN AGGRESSIVE USER
MOVEMENT. THIS SOMETIMES EFFECTS THE CONSISTENCY IN USER’S
HAND PLACEMENT ON THE GRIPS. IF HR READINGS ARE RAPIDLY
FLUCTUATING; SLOW DOWN TRAINING STRIDE AND CONCENTRATE ON
CONSISTENT HAND PLACEMENT ON THE GRIP SENSORS.
NOTE
: A USER'S PHYSICAL CONDITION CAN EFFECT THE ACCURACY OF A
READING, AS WELL AS, UNCONTROLLABLE INTERFERENCES.
