Answering a Call

NOTE: When the speaker is off you can see that you are being
called, (the display will show “Incoming Call”) but there will be
no sound in the speaker. The speaker can be toggled on and off
using:

When the handset rings, remove it from the hook and communi-
cate as on an ordinary telephone.

Adjust the volume in the earpiece or loudspeaker by means of:

When you want to stop communicating, or when you hear a busy

tone, hang up.

Call Transfering

A call can be transfered to another CU. The procedure depends on
whether or not the call is answered before it is transferred.

Transferring AFTER Answering

When you answer a call, the display shows:

transferred.

Automatic Transferring BEFORE Answering

A call can be transferred to another CU automatically before it is
