Verify speed is still at 130~150 RPM, by selecting Manual
Pump Run and press Enter.
3.6.4.7
Select MANUAL PUMP RUN with the arrow keys and depress
and hold the ENTER Key. With Scope Amplitude to 100V / division and
connect Channel 1 to PJ5R pins 1 and 5. Verify >300 P-P and > 100V
RMS and frequency is 44.5 KHz +/-2.5 KHz.
3.6.5 Time and Date Verification
3.6.5.1
Set
Time & Date; Press the (F3) soft key then the (F1) soft
key to select the SET CLOCK Menu with Hour highlighted. Use the Up
and Down arrows to adjust and ENTER key to set. Set the Clock to the
current Date & Time. Navigate directly through the Time Menu with the
(F2) soft key and directly through the Date Menu with the (F3) soft key.
Press Menu key to enter Time and Date.
3.6.5.2
Press Power Off (0) Key for 2 seconds and verify Pump
powers Off.
3.6.5.3
Return to SERVICE MODE by pressing Keypad On (I) button
and holding the Keypad CANCEL key depressed until the SERVICE
MODE is displayed.
Verify Time and Date is saved correctly by pressing
(F3) soft key and then the (F1) soft key. Press Cancel Key twice to
return to Service Mode A.
3.6.6 3860+3860+ Pressure Verification
See Figure 1:Pressure test set made using a portion of the IVP1056 in
section 3.2.4.
3.6.6.1 Tare Offset Verification :
Connect Pressure Gauge with Hand Bulb to a circular IV Test Set (no
fluid) and with Hand Bulb open (0 PSI) See photo below. Open Door,
Load IV Test Set, Close the Door and verify pump moves to index,
press F1 key, then press F4 key (Tare Offset). Press the Cancel key to
return to the Service Mode display and verify P1 and P2 are 0 +/-0.5.
3.6.6.2 Pressure Verification :
Close Pressure Gauge Hand Bulb and apply 5.0 PSI per Pressure Gauge.
Verify P1 and P2 displays 5 +/- 0.5.
3.6.6.3 Pressure Adjustment:
If P1 and P2 did not display 5 +/- 0.5, ensure pressure gauge remains
at 5.0, press the F1 Key (top left white key) to enter the Calibrate
Pump screen, then press the F5 key (Span Cal). Press the Cancel key to
return to the Service Mode display and verify P1 and P2 are now 5 +/-
0.5.
