User Information not entered
In this case, the Dialing Result window will state “Your ID, PW or Phone number is not entered
in the Settings.”
Refer to Chapter 2 Settings to enter or edit the ‘User Information’ (ID, PW or Phone Number) in
the iPECS ClickCall Settings window.
System Information not entered
In this case, the Dialing Result window will state “Your IP address or Port is not entered in the
Settings.”
Refer to Chapter 2 Settings to enter or edit the ‘System Information’ (IP Address or Port) in the
iPECS ClickCall Settings window.
