Problem

• Set the power switch to the off position; keeping the switch in the
on position will damage the water valve.
• Turn the power switch to the on position.
• See Installing the Water Line.
• Wait 24 hours for the refrigerator to cool down.
• Level the ice cubes by hand.
• Turn off the ice maker, remove the cubes, and turn the ice maker
back on.
• Check if there is a package holding the door open.
• See Controls.
• Replace the filter cartridge with a new one or with the cap.
• Dispense water until the entire water system fills up again.
• Wait 24 hours for the refrigerator to cool down.
• Dispense water until the entire water system fills up again.
• Allow several hours for the replacement supply to cool.
• See Installing the Water Line.
• Change the filter cartridge or remove the filter and install the plug.
• Press the dispenser arm for a couple of minutes.
• Call for service.
• Set the temperature control to a warmer level.
• Let the water run from the dispenser for 3 minutes (approx. 6 liters).
