11 ACCESSING INTERNAL COMPONENTS

Invacare® Solo2™ Portable Oxygen Concentrator

Part No 1176122

11 Accessing Internal Components

•

Required tools: Torx® T15 screwdriver, 1/8” hex bit driver

11.1 Disassembly

Remove and retain the Indication Labels shown in Detail “A”.

Remove the 1/8" hex head screws holding the handle to the unit and

save for later reinstall.

Remove and retain the #6-19 x .50 Plastite screws in Detail "B"

using the Torx™ T15 screwdriver from the control panel.

Lay the unit face down as shown in Detail “C”.

Remove and retain the #6-19 x .50 Plastite screws in Detail "C"

using the Torx™ T15 screwdriver.

While holding onto the front and back shrouds, flip the unit over

onto the back shroud as seen in Detail "D" ensuring the ribbon

cable is not pulled apart from the unit.

WARNING

Ensure the battery pack and or the external power supplies are removed from the unit before attempting to disassemble the unit.
