10 REPLACING THE PATIENT OUTLET FILTER AND FILTER CONNECTOR

Part No 1176122

Invacare® Solo2™ Portable Oxygen Concentrator

10.2 Replacing Bulkhead Fitting

•

Required tools: 1-1/8” socket, Torx® T15 screwdriver, 1/8” Allen

wrench

Remove the Indication Labels on either side of the control panel

label and save for reinstall (Detail "A").

Remove the 4 screws that secure the control panel to the Solo2

shroud (Detail "B").

Remove the 2 screws that secure the handle to the Solo2 unit

(Detail "B").

Remove the Patient Outlet HEPA filter.

Disconnect the Tubing from the Patient Outlet Fitting (Detail "D").

Take a 1 1/8" notched socket and place over and loosen the nut on

the Outlet Fitting.

Reassemble the unit in reverse order.
