Scale-To-Fit Commands
Purpose: The Scale-To-Fit commands automatically calculate the scale in order to
fit text inside a window.
Format:
{ command } { name } { width } { height } { x } { y } { data }
where:
{command}: Choose from the following:
SCALE-TO-FIT: Prints scaled text horizontally.
(or STF)
VSCALE-TO-FIT: Prints scaled text vertically.
(or VSTF)
{name}: Font name. For help, see “Resident Font Samples” in
Chapter 3.
{width}: Unit-width of the window. For help, see Appendix D, “Font
Information.”
{height}: Unit-height of the window. For help, see Appendix D,
“Font Information.”
{x}: Horizontal starting position. For help, see “Label
Coordinate System” in Chapter 1.
{y}: Vertical starting position. For help, see “Label Coordinate
System” in Chapter 1.
{data}: Text to be printed.
