Users can adjust Cool down time
(1—99 mins) according to personal preference.
The test starts at a low intensity level and gradually increases in resistance levels every 2 minutes. The user must maintain the pedaling
speed of 60 to 120 RPMs in order to advance to the next level. The test will end when the user is no longer able to maintain this
speed. Use of a telemetry heart rate belt is optional, however, it will allow more data to be transmitted to the system during the test.
Once you finish the test and recovery period (cool down), the workout results and scores will be displayed in the profile window.
