A properly adjusted seat is extremely important in order to achieve a comfortable workout
experience.
The 550 Series Bike is equipped with easy seat adjustment. Providing you with the most comfortable ride as well as ensuring maximum
exercise efficiency. External injuries may result from incorrect or excessive training. Please refer to the illustrations below for correct
riding postures.
