Replacing the Front Video and USB Module
Before removing or installing the front video and USB module, please make sure following steps are
performed.
1.
Ensure the AC power cord(s) are disconnected from the system.
2.
Remove the system cover. For instructions, see

4.
Remove the PCI riser assemblies. For instructions, see

5.
Remove the air duct. For instructions, see

1.
Disconnect video and USB cables from server board (see letter
A
).
2.
Remove the two screws as shown (see letter
B
).
3.
Slide the module out (see letter
C
).
4.
Remove the two screws as shown, slide the front USB header out (see letter
D
).

Installing the Front Video and USB Module
1.
Secure the front USB header to the module with two screws as shown (see letter
A
).
2.
Insert the front video and USB module into chassis (see letter
B
).
3.
Secure the front video and USB module to chassis with two screws (see letter
C
).
4.
Install the video and USB cables to the server board as shown (see letter
D
).
