Peripheral Devices
The Intel

Server System R1000BB provides locations and hardware for installing hard drives, CD-
ROM drive, or DVD-ROM drive. The following figure shows the available options.

Hard Disk Drive Carriers
The Intel
®
Server System R1000BB ships with either 3.5-inch or 2.5 inch hard disk dirve carrier,
and with different maximun number of hard disk drives, see Table 4 for details :

Server System R1000BB does not support all SAS or Serial ATA (SATA) hard drives. For
