If machine is out of fries or out of cups, it will turn off heaters and go in standby mode (turn
the heaters off and wait to be refilled). Once that happens, go to refill menu where you are
able to unlock door and refill machine, then afterwards press „Machine ready“ so that system
can start to operate again. After that press „Exit“ and „Customer mode“ and machine will
continue to operate normally.

Integra working hours are Monday-Friday between 9:00 – 16:00

On Saturday, Sunday and holidays (Croatia) we are not working
3.
Communication with customers exclusively on e-mail
4.
On your inquiry, we will respond within 7 days.
5.
If you will need any kind of intervention on machine online, we can provide it
exclusively in our working hours (look at 1., 2. and 4.). It's important for customers
from other time zones to adapt on our time zone. We don't work at night.
6.
We will not make any interventions, help, education, installation or service in
customer's location, but exclusively in Integra company service: Mavra Schlengera 21,
42204 Turcin, Republic of Croatia, European Union
7.
We are sending spare parts within 3 working days.
8.
If some part of machine is broken within warranty period, broken part first must be
returned to adress from number 6.
9.
Within warranty period, all parts are free (except parts that are susceptible to
consumption and on which warranty is not applied: oil heaters with sensors, transport
belt, filter for oil, filter for air, sauce dispenser, silicone hose in pump head, silicone
pipe in a buffer zone, DC motor for air filtration etc.).
Parts are FOB at Varaždin, factory. You can take parts for free or hire delivery
company (e.g. DHL) to take part for you and at your own expense.

Air filter price is €50, oil filter price is €20 and one heater with probes price is €250
11.
If you are sending machine on service, it must be clean, washed and tidy. If your
machine is recieved untidy and dirty, you will recieve record with images. Machine
cleaning cost is €600. If you are not willing to pay cleaning, you are obliged to
organise machine return at your own expense.
12.
If machine is broken and your servicer can't repair it, send machine to service.
Transport cost is your own expense. Service cost (working hours) and spare parts are
Integra expense if machine is sent to service within warranty period.
13.
If machine is broken (broken, knocked, damaged) physically, and failure can't be
justified by regular and normal use, service cost will be charged according to working
hours and price of spare parts.
14.
Working hour of service is €80.
15.
Warranty will not be applied on display physical damage of any kind.
16.
Payment system warranty is realized at company where you bought payment system.
17.
Machine is delivered without payment system. You must install payment system alone
or you can send it to us and we will install it for free.
